How do I Join the Club?

Step 1 – Sign up for our email list.  We will never share or sell your information and you will receive club updates periodically.

Step 2 – “Like” our facebook page http://bit.ly/74qcB5 and start communicating with other MOMs.  Post comments, add your travel photos and videos, share our page with your friends, etc.

Step 3 – Decide where you would like to travel and Register.

Can I join the Club although I can’t travel right now?

YES!  We understand and know first hand that it’s not always the right time to travel with your kids.  But you may still want to join the club and that’s awesome!!!  So please join us! 


Here are a few ways that you can be a part of the club without traveling with us…


  1. •Join our email list.  We will never share or sell your information and you will receive club updates periodically.

  2. •Share our information with other MOMs that you know.  Tell them about us, Tweet your followers about us, Re-tweet our Tweets, Share our page on facebook with your friends…anything that you can do to spread the word helps.

  3. •Post about MOMs Travel Club on our facebook page whenever you can.  Start a discussion, post a comment, post pictures, share a video, share your travel tips…whatever you can post helps build our community of MOMs.

  4. •Tell us why you think our Travel Club is a great idea.  Send us an email or post it on our facebook page.  We’d love to hear what you liked and/or what inspired you to join.

  5. •Travel with us when the time is right for YOU!

Who can join the Club?

If you are a MOM you can join regardless of the age of your kid(s).  If you have a newborn, a toddler, a tween, teenager or adult children and you want and/or love to travel with them you can join the Club.

Can I invite others to travel with me?

Of course you can.  Invite your spouse, parents, friends, neighbors, etc. to come along and join in on the fun.  If you refer someone to the club and they attend one of our events, you will receive a discount when you attend your next trip.

Why is there a Registration Fee?

If we could do this for free, we would!  But it takes money and time to maintain a website, plan an event, provide a service and run a business.  This is why we charge a Registration Fee for each trip. 

What is there to do at the Travel Destination?

Once you are at the destination you are free to explore the city and country on our own or with your family and friends.  Our Travel Agent will help you plan other activities or things to do while traveling.  We arrange group events to help facilitate you traveling the world with your kids.  We provide you with an opportunity to see the highlights and learn about our travel destination.  We give you an opportunity to socialize and get to know other MOMs that travel with their kids and experience the joys of traveling with kids.    We encourage you to take part in other activities outside of our group activities if you have an interest to do so.

Travel Clubs come and go, how do I know that you will be around for years to come?

  1. •We can’t predict the future, but we do know that there will always be MOMs traveling with Kids!  Your MOM did it, her MOM did it and so on and so on.  So we will never run out of MOMs who like and/or want to travel with heir kids. 

  2. •MOMs Travel Club is REDEFINING how to travel with kids so that it fits better into our busy, hectic lives that we live today.  That means that we have a BIG Vision!  Our overall goal is to make the world a better place to live through our children.  If you currently travel, then you understand how travel enriches lives in so many ways.   Our hope is that we have members from every country in the World so that we can teach and learn from one another proving that “It’s a Small World” after all.  This will take a while, so we be around for a while!

  3. •We also have a desire to Give Back and change Children’s Lives all over the World.  A portion of MTC revenues will ALWAYS be donated to a Children’s Charitable Organization.  This is also part of our bigger vision.  The founder of MTC saw the need to help children first hand when her son was born at 29 weeks and spent the first 6 months of his life in the NICU at a Children’s Hospital.  She saw first hand the children that were effected the most by disease, cancer, accidents and insufficient care.  This created the passion and the vision to give back and the desire to help kids all over the World through MOMs Travel Club.

Do I have to use the Clubs preferred Travel Agent?

No.  But it would make your Travel process easier and less stressful.  Our Preferred Agent has worked with us to put together a great itinerary for our members and by booking through our agent, you are assured that you will be included in on all activities and freebies for our group. 

In addition, we like to secure Group rates which are based on our members booking through our preferred agent.  We could not pass these discounts on to you if you do not book with our group.

Do you offer a Payment Plan?

Yes.  Our preferred Travel Agent can provide you with the various payment options available.  Booking early allows you time to pay for your vacation over time.  A deposit will be accepted to reserve your spot with our group.  After you pay your deposit, you can pay monthly and/or pay your balance in full by the due date.  Ask our preferred Travel Agent for the details.

Will I save any money by traveling in a Group?

Yes, we negotiate group discounts for every trip.  Our discounts are not significant since we are a small business but we do get them.  Our main focus is providing you with excellent service while traveling with your kids. Service which we consider “Priceless!”

What should I expect after I pay my Deposit?

After you pay your deposit, you will be given information on how to make your travel arrangements.  You will need to pay a separate travel deposit as soon as you can to our travel provider to hold your space in the group.  If you do not make your payments by the due date, you automatically forfeit your space with our group and we will begin to contact those MOMs on our wait list.  You will also receive your Welcome Packet, Travel Docs, additional information and your Extraordinary Service will immediately begin.
